If you’re marketing your business online, capturing emails and building is a list is a MUST, MUST, MUST! Without the ability to capture emails, you have absolutely NO WAY to follow up with your website visitors. And make no mistake about it… the ‘Fortune is in the Follow-up’. What I mean by that is 97% of the sales and sign-ups you’re going to get from your website will NOT happen when the visitor jumps on your website the FIRST time. It’s usually AFTER they’ve been followed up with and exposed 7 times or so that they will buy or join. If that’s the case (and it is), and you are not capturing people’s emails to follow up with them, you will only sell 3% (or less) of your website visitors whatever it is you’re offering. That is not a productive business.
Now, there are several areas to get good at when it comes to email marketing, like ad copy and how to build relationships with your list so it’s highly responsive. But in the tutorial below, I’ll cover some ‘how-to’s’ of email marketing so that you can get some of the basics down.
