MLM Reviews

As a professional network marketer, it’s important to stay on top of what’s going on in the industry. Over the last couple of weeks, there has been a lot of buzz about a new company getting ready to launch called Elur. If you’re thinking about joining Elur, read this review first as I will go into the company, the products, the compensation plan and, most importantly, whether or not Elur is a company set up to have long term success.

Elur is a new network marketing company that sells nutritional products. It’s based out of Tampa, Florida and is set to officially launch on July 16th, 2010. As of this writing, the company hasn’t launched yet, so there’s limited information on the company. However, the company is allowing people to join and get positioned in the company’s matrix. According to some distributor websites on the internet, the current cost to join is around $49 to be a distributor and between $199 and $499 to be a founding member. There may be additional costs, and there will be an autoship requirement in order to maximize the compensation plan.

So What Makes Elur Unique?

Well, according to some sources, Elur is said to be well funded. Elur has also been able to attract equity partners who have won 30 awards for branding.

The other interesting thing about Elur is the management team. The management team is led by Clint Call and Curtis McKinlay, two industry veterans that were actually co-founders of Zrii, another nutritional network marketing company. With their background at Zrii, there’s no doubt that they know how to launch a company, as Zrii had one of the most successful launches in network marketing history. Unfortunately, Zrii didn’t live up to all the hype, which may be why Call and McKinlay left.

Elur’s product line consists of four breakthrough products geared towards enhancing health, butrition, balance and longevity. Elur uses Nutribind Technology, which is said to allow nutrients to be more assimilated in the body, making the products easier to absorb.

Now, Let’s Move To The Compensation Plan…

Elur’s compensation plan runs on a linear 5X7 matrix, making it a very unique compensation model in the industry. In a nutshell, this means that anyone who joins the company after you, regardless of who sponsored them, will fall under you in your matrix. Elur also has a Fast Start Bonus paid out on 3 levels, a 20% Matching Bonus, a 10% Builder Bonus and a luxury car program. Overall, the company pays out close to 55% in commissions, rewards and incentives.

In closing, Elur looks like a solid opportunity and not a scam. They have an experienced management team, four high quality products, a unique compensation plan and aggressive goals to go global in the near future. Coupled with the fact that they haven’t launched yet, and you can potentially be on the groundfloor of the next big network marketing company.

However, simply joining Elur will not make you successful. The only thing Elur gives you is an opportunity to get involved and build your own business. Ultimately, your success will depend on your ability to sponsor people, market products and teach others how to do the same. If you can do this effectively, you can build a big organization. But, if you fail to accomplish this, it doesn’t matter what Elur’s products are or how their compensation plan works, you will be dead in the water. That’s why it’s imperative that you learn the most cutting edge and effective marketing techniques that will allow you to generate 50-100 leads a day, so you can personally sponsor 10-20 people a month almost effortlessly. My recommendation is to find a marketing system that will allow you to do this, so you can achieve the results you are looking for. Without the right marketing knowledge and marketing system, chances are you will join the 97% of network marketers who struggle and fail, instead of building a wildly successful business.

Sadly, most people who join Elur will never achieve the success they desire because they simply lack dynamic marketing skills.
