In this simple review, I’ll cover the company itself, the products, the compensation plan and whether or not Wela is a credible company capable of becoming a major player in the home based business industry.

Who Is Wela?

First, let’s go into who Wela actually is. Wela is a relatively new company that sells a health and wellness supplement product through a network marketing business model. Wela is based out of Springfield, Missouri and pays out 65% to their distributors, based on the information on the corporate website. It was co-founded by John Penny, Ryan Burgard and Mark Gullett. Each of these individuals have strong backgrounds in business. Penny, who has almost a decade of experience in network marketing, was a former top income earner at another network marketing company called Vemma. It seems that the company has a solid foundation for future growth.

What Does Wela Sell?

When it comes to the products, Wela sells a nutritional supplement called Slimberry. Slimberry contains numerous vitamins and minerals that support a fast-paced lifestyle. Some reported benefits of the product include anti-aging benefits, antioxidant protection, weight management and disease prevention. It’s also important to not some of the ingredients that are in the product. Besides vitamins and minerals, Slimberry includes Zeolites and Vitamin D, which aids in immune system support. It also contains acai berry which is loaded with antioxidants and prevents inflammation. There’s also Maqui berry in the product, which has recently been named as a Superfood. In addition to those already powerful ingredients, the product also contains Moringa, which has been identified by ancient Indian medicine to treat over 300 diseases. The product definitely contains some very high quality ingredients.

How Does The Wela Compensation Plan Work?

The Wela compensation plan provides several ways to get paid and runs on a binary model. Thr company offers upfront income potential in the form of Fast Start Bonuses, where you can earn $16 on every sale, and Preferred Customer Bonuses, where you can earn $10 on every sale. There’s also back-end income you can build with the company’s Cycle Bonuses, where you can earn $6 per cycle in your binary. There’s also back-end income you can build with the 2-level Matching Check, where you earn a 25% match on the Cycle Bonus income of distributors on your first and second levels. In addition, there are also performance based pools you can participate in and benefit from the company’s total sales. Overall, the company looks to have a good compensation plan and, for the right person, Wela can be a lucrative business venture.

Is Wela A Credible Company?

In summary, Wela is a very credible company that has good management, a quality product and good compensation plan. However, it’s important to mention that those things are not enough to guarantee your success. While having a credible opportunity is obviously important, at the end of the day, your success will depend on your ability to sponsor distributors, market their services and build a productive organization. To do that, I recommend that you leverage an effective attraction marketing system that allows you to brand yourself and generate leads. If you can combine offline team building activities with online lead generation, you can very well be on your way to building a wildly prosperous business.
