Lately I’ve been hearing about a new Network Marketing company called Modere. And after seeing several posts on Facebook, I decided to put together a short review for people looking into the company. So if you’re thinking about joining the company, I want to encourage you to read this entire Modere review first. I’ll cover who Modere is, what they sell and the actual business opportunity they provide. I think it’s important to note that I’m not a Modere distributor or customer. To be totally frank, it doesn’t affect me either way if you decide to partner with them or not. Why is this important to disclose? Since I can care less if you join or not, you can be sure that you’ll be getting a truly unbiased Modere review.
Modere is a company that sells personal care products and nutritional supplements through a Network Marketing business model. In other words, instead of spending millions of dollars in advertising like traditional companies they promote their products through relationship marketing and word-of-mouth marketing. It’s a business model that has been around for decades and it creates a win-win-win situation for all parties involved. For example, the company itself doesn’t have to spend a dime on outdated methods of advertising. The end consumer (or customer) benefits from this by obtaining products at a deep discount since the company doesn’t have to tack on the cost of advertising overhead on top of the product price. And distributors can earn income by sharing products with their circle of contacts.
Upon reviewing the company website, I noticed how “sexy” the products look. It’s not hard to see that the company has spent a lot of time and money creating their brand, which is a good thing for you if you join. It looks like the company’s products can be divided into 3 categories. The first category is Personal Care, and this category includes products like skin care creams, hair products and body soaps. The second category is Health and Wellness, which includes their dietary supplement line. And the third category is Household Care, which includes laundry products and various kitchen products. In addition to that, the company also sells protein shakes, energy bars and an energy drink made with acai. From a marketing perspective, I like the fact that they are allowing people to purchase and re-order products via phone apps. It makes the buying process simple and quick, which would lead to more customer and higher customer retention for you (assuming the products are that good that people would continue to order them every month). I also like the fact that they are incentivizing their customers (not just distributors) to share products and rewarding them with points that can be redeemed for more products, free shipping and other cool perks. Overall, the products look good and because the company encourages your customers to share and re-order products on your behalf, it certainly looks like a good situation for you if you’re a distributor.
On a side note, if you’re dead serious about joining, it’s important to know who the company actually is. When I first started to look into Modere, I was impressed with their growth and quick momentum considering that they recently just launched. But what I found out is that Modere isn’t a “new” company. It’s actually a relaunch of a Network Marketing company that’s been around for decades called Neways International. Apparently, Neways felt that it was time to re-brand itself and do a complete overhaul. Maybe they weren’t growing as fast as they wanted. Maybe they felt that they needed to makeover their image. Who knows what they real answer is? All I know is all the “new” Modere distributors coming on board are most likely “old” Neways distributors transitioning their teams to the “new” company. With that being said, this by no means takes anything away from Modere. Whenever a company does a re-launch and does a complete overhaul, many times it creates new momentum and attracts new people (and MLM Leaders) that want to leverage the timing with a new deal. In my opinion, a major benefit Modere has is a very experienced management team that’s been together for years and knows from experience what works and what doesn’t work. This experience can be priceless when launching a new company and new brand in the market place.
As a distributor (also called Social Marketer), you can earn income 10 different ways. It’s important to know that compensation plans usually are designed to create specific behaviors. And when I review the compensation plan, it’s pretty clear that the company’s goal is to create a customer driven model that prides itself on customer retention. This is good. Why? Because your residual income would be tied to a real customer base that purchases products on an on-going basis, and not only to a distributor base. Think about it? If you’re residual income was tied to a distributor base only, what would happen if those distributors quit or jump to another company? It would disappear fast. However, in that same scenario, if you had some distributors quit or jump to another company, chances are the customers would keep ordering, assuming they see value in the products, they’re enjoying their customer experience, and they’re earning free products with their shopping rewards.
It’s important to note that while there are ways you can earn immediate income, most of the big money and residual income will not happen quickly. In fact, it will probably take 2-4 years to see a significant residual income, unless you’re an experienced marketer bringing over a team. This is not a negative thing. I’m just highlighting it so you can have the right expectations as you start your Modere business. Most people who start a Network Marketing business think they will start earning a fortune in 30-90 days, and it just isn’t the case in Modere or any legit company in the Industry. Starting with the right mindset and right expectations is critical for success. So if you’re OK with the idea that you can earn a couple of hundred dollars a month upfront (which isn’t shabby at all), while building your fortune down the road 2-4 years then Modere’s compensation plan might be the one for you. Of course, you should take a look at the compensation plan document for yourself before joining so you can get an idea of how it works in detail.
The short answer is YES. The management team has been together for years and have decades of combined experience. The products are sexy and it’s not hard to see that they are investing a lot of money into building the Modere brand. And the compensation plan is designed for you to build long-term residual income. So it sounds simple enough, right? Join and get rich. Well, nothing could be farther from the truth. While having those things in place are obvious benefits, your success will heavily depend on your ability to sponsor other people into your team, and get customers to buy products from you. In order for you to get other people to buy or join, you’re going to need leads. Sure you can try approaching your friends and family, but at some point you’re going to need to approach people that aren’t in your immediate warm market. Why? Because if your goal is to build a significant monthly residual income that can give your family financial freedom, you’re going to need to sponsor a significant amount of people not just 2 or 3. This is why I recommend that you learn Attraction Marketing. Learning how to market online the right way and getting leads online will improve your chances of success. If you could apply Attraction Marketing in conjunction with Modere’s business system, there’s no telling how prosperous your business can be.
Modere Review – Need More Modere Reps?
I wrote this Modere Review for people looking into the company. Sadly, most Modere reps will never see the success they desire because they lack the marketing skills to generate 20-50 leads a day. To learn how you can generate more leads than you can get to, visit my Online MLM Training Website.
