MLM Reviews

If you’re reading this review, then chances are you’re looking for information on Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing, or FHTM. If you’re thinking about joining FHTM, I recommend you read this whole review first as I will go into the company background, the products, the business opportunity and, most importantly, what it will really take to have success in a company like FHTM.

FHTM is a company that sells various products through a network marketing business model. The company was founded by Paul Orberson and Tom Mills in 2001. Both Orberson and Mills were retired network marketers who had achieved success over their careers. However, they wanted to use their experience and knowledge to build their own network marketing company. One re-occuring theme with Orberson and Mills, is their stand on compliance and ethics, not only with FHTM, but with the industry itself. Upon reviewing the FHTM website, it’s easy to see the ethics and training is a major priority in the company. In addition, FHTM is a proud member of the DSA, or Direct Selling Association.

Currently, FHTM is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. As of this writing, they are operating in the US, Canada and the UK.

As far as their products go, FHTM sells various products in various industries. Because they market products and services from many different industries, FHTM is able to withstand changes in the market and fluctuations in consumer trends. Some of the products marketed by FHTM reps include nutritional supplements and weight loss products, health care cards, home security systems, identity theft protection,  travel, online shopping with over 900 stores, satellite TV, cellular services, VoIP phone service, internet service, air and water filters and a host of other products. As you can see, there is a multitude of products and services to choose from if you are thinking about becoming an FHTM rep.

Which leads us to their business opportunity. You can become an FHTM rep for $299. Now, before you start thinking that FHTM is a scam because you have to pay $299 to join, I want to challenge you to think about how much it would cost you to go into business for yourself. How much would it cost to set up partnerships with all the vendors and companies that are currently partnered with FHTM? How much would it cost to build websites and back-offices? How much would it cost to hire and train customer services reps to deal with your customers, or payroll systems to pay your employees? Probably much more than $299!

The FHTM compensation plan allows you to get paid in several ways. However, they can all be broken down into 3 categories: Upfront income, monthly residual income and representative rewards. The representative rewards include travel incentives to exotic locations and a luxury car program for top producers. Currently, there are 150 reps who have qualified for this car program.

In closing, it’s my opinion that FHTM is definitely not a scam. They have experienced leaders running the company, quality products and a generous compensation plan. However, simply joining FHTM will not automatically make you successful and wealthy. All FHTM provides you is a vehicle and opportunity. At the end of the day, your success will depend on your ability to sponsor people into your business, get customers and train your team members to do the same. And, your ability to bring in reps and customers depends on your ability to market yourself professionally and generate leads. If you can’t generate leads, you will struggle and be dead in the water.  My advice is to leverage a self branding attraction marketing system that will give you the right marketing training so you can generate 50+ leads on a daily basis. If you can combine an attraction marketing system with FHTM’s business opportunity, you can be on your way to building a wildly successful FHTM business.

Jaime Soriano wrote this Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing Review for people looking into the FHTM opportunity. Sadly, most FHTM reps will never achieve the success they want because they lack the marketing skills needed to generate 50+ leads a day.
